Grace Bautista, Service Delivery Manager, leads the Loanworks Technical Services Team with a firm focus on people, wellbeing, culture, and improving processes to create better outcomes for clients.
She works closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their team’s performance is aligned with their expectations, assisting them with staff appraisals, supervision and other day-to-day practicalities.
Grace has more than 17 years of industry experience, with nine of those years spent at Loanworks. Prior to joining Loanworks as an Analyst Programmer, she worked in a wide range of creative projects for various small and medium-sized companies in the Philippines. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pamantasan Ng Lungsod Ng Maynila.
